The MRCL700 electrically driven 2D/3D microscope and modular imaging system, with its outstanding performance and broad application potential, is steadily becoming an indispensable tool in both research and industrial settings. It is widely suited for applications in microelectromechanical systems, microfluidics, precision manufacturing, as well as research and education.

ADDX‑SCF‑600 is an industrial-grade 3D printing system for structurally continuous fiber-reinforced composites, specifically designed to address the challenges of conventional manufacturing in producing high-strength, lightweight components with complex geometries. Built on a proprietary continuous-fiber co-extrusion technology, the machine integrates high-performance reinforcing materials—such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, and aramid fiber—with thermoplastic matrices (e.g., PA, PC, PEEK) into monolithic composite structures, aiming to achieve lightweight manufacturing by replacing steel with plastics and alloys with composites.

The AFP‑X system is designed for high‑volume production, featuring increased material capacity and advanced sensors to enable continuous, precise operation. It optimizes throughput for complex aerospace‑grade components and large structures. The system is applicable across a range of industries, including the manufacture of high‑pressure pipelines, pressure vessels, and battery housings for energy storage; ship hulls and propellers in the marine sector; chassis and body panels for urban transportation; and wings, fuselages, and engines in the aerospace industry.

As Addcomposites’ flagship product, the AFP‑XS seamlessly integrates automated fiber placement (AFP) with filament winding, enabling a single machine to perform both processes and significantly enhancing equipment utilization and process versatility. The system is equipped with the company’s proprietary AddPath software, which provides integrated functionality for path planning, simulation, and real-time monitoring, allowing R&D teams to swiftly translate design concepts into production‑ready layup operations. Currently, the AFP‑XS has been adopted by composite‑material research institutions and small‑to‑medium manufacturing enterprises, serving as a critical tool for composite material development and low‑volume custom production. It supports diverse applications across aerospace, defense, marine, and materials‑research sectors, lowering the barriers to adopting advanced composite‑manufacturing technologies for both industrial players and academic research organizations.

The S300X LIQ21 | LIQ11 is a professional elastomer 3D printer designed for industrial and medical applications, specializing in high-precision additive manufacturing of liquid materials such as silicone and polyurethane. The system features an independent dual-extruder (IDEX) architecture, enabling simultaneous use of the LIQ21 two-component liquid toolhead and the LIQ11 single-component support toolhead. This configuration supports printing of complex structures with either no support or water-soluble support, enhancing design flexibility and molding freedom for flexible materials. With its compact, robust construction, the machine is well-suited for laboratory R&D, small-batch production, custom medical device fabrication, and rapid prototyping of industrial seals.

The Aerosol Jet 200 is a compact, benchtop aerosol jet printing system designed for professional‑grade prototyping, materials and process development, and small‑batch customized production. It offers an excellent balance of high‑precision printing, multi‑material compatibility, and user‑friendly operation, making it an affordable, high‑performance platform ideally suited for universities, research institutions, materials developers, and small electronics manufacturers.
