The miniFactory Ignite is an industrial‑grade FFF 3D printer with a large build volume, designed for industrial users who require larger part dimensions while processing high‑performance thermoplastics. With a build space of 600 × 400 × 400 mm, it offers a significantly larger printing volume than the Ultra 2, enabling the fabrication of large‑size engineering plastics and high‑performance polymer components. The chamber can reach up to 200 °C, and the nozzle can operate at temperatures as high as 480 °C, supporting a wide range of materials including PEEK, ULTEM, PPSU, various modified nylons, and carbon‑fiber‑reinforced composites. This model does not include an in‑situ annealing module; annealing of semi‑crystalline materials must be performed using an external annealing furnace.
